UN Women Jordan and Jordan River Foundation visit women’s business initiatives in the Governorate of Mafraq

Mafraq, 12 March 2015. UN Women and Jordan River Foundation conducted a series of trainings on strategic planning and media outreach for community based organizations in the villages of Al Qasabah, Al Khaldiyah, Al Salhiyah and Dair Al Kahef.
In addition, the UN Women team visited a selected number of women beneficiaries in the Governorate of Mafraq, who have recently launched small-scale businesses within the loan scheme of the Spring Forward project.
