The majority of women in Jordan believe that efficient and affordable public transportation is integral for women’s economic participation in the labor force. SADAQA and UN Women, with the support of the European Union through the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syria Crisis, partnered with the Ministry of Transportation and other national organizations to develop a national framework to promote a gender-sensitive transport system in Jordan. #EUMadad

UN Women incentive-based volunteerism programme in the Oasis Centre in Jordan
